			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A 1998 green Plymouth Breeze with license EHM-406 was stolen at 12:30 in the loading zone of the Brandon hospital on the 12th of September. It had been left there with the keys in the ignition.</p>
<p>It was recovered after the driver of the vehicle, a 32 year old Winnipeg woman, was attempting gas theft at a Winnipeg station. She is now under investigation for a series of gas thefts across Southern Manitoba.</p>

<p>He was transported to the hospital and may be transported to Winnipeg due to the extent of his injuries. He is reported to be a 24 year old Brandon male and will be charged with mischief to property, and breach of Undertaking and Probation.</p>

<p>Brandon&#8217;s local hospital employs over 2000 local residents and has 300 beds. It has local parking at rates of 1$/hour for the first hour followed by .50$/hour for a daily maximum parking rate of 6$. The Brandon RHA is a scent/smoke free environment.</p>
<p>The city bus service brings buses to the hospital once every 30 minutes. There is a gift shop within the hospital as well as bank machines, pay phones, a cafeteria and as well as a Tim Hortons on the main floor. Visiting hours vary depending on the centres so it&#8217;s best to check their website for more information.</p>
