Brandon-University

It was first founded as a Baptist College in 1889 and has come a long way since then. The university received it’s charter on June the 5th 1967. After this event the tallest building on campus, McMaster Hall (22 stories tall), was built followed by the J. R. Brodie Science Center and the music building which was named by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II “Queen Elizabeth II Music Building”.

Clark Hall was built in 1906 and is the building that looks the oldest on the whole campus. Originally set as the women residence it now serves as the administration HQ of the university. The building is very well preserved and gives you an understanding of the architectural style of the era.

Come visit the unique university and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and nature of the students and teachers, who number over 3300.
